February is a very special month here at 613 Avenue Create!  This is the month we begin to showcase our Master Rockers from 2020. These amazing Designers have inspired us with their beautiful artistry. Many of the designers have been participants since our inception and we thank them for their unfailing support.  

We are also introducing the awesome new designers who have joined our Resident Design Team.  Welcome Ladies!

If the January Challenge submissions are indicators of what is yet to come, 2021 will produce even more Master Rockers!  We had 345 fabulous entries this month.  Selecting Top Rockers and Winners was no easy task!

Hello, my name is Marianne alias Maryann Scrapbooking.

I am married, retired since 2016. 

I live in Metz (Moselle) in France.

I discovered scrapbooking in 2009. I am self-taught.

I dabbled in everything including mixed media, which I love.

But I remain very attached to the manufacture of cards.

I would like to thank Chana for giving me this great opportunity to be a guest designer this month of Valentine's Day.

 I chose the hearts in the proposed twist.

Original Painting - Macaw Parrot

Hello,  I am a retired art teacher, originally from New York State, now living in Florida.  For many years, I have experimented with several areas of creativity.  Ever since I was a child, I have enjoyed sewing my own clothes and making designer outfits for my dolls.

I was a scrapbook and paper crafting instructor with Michaels® for a year.  During that time, I learned many new techniques and used a lot of great new crafting tools.  My artwork has been sold locally and published in several magazines.  I enjoy creating projects for card challenges and I love trading Rolodex and Memorydex cards.  I have also designed a variety of books using paper dolls.

In March, I returned to an old hobby, watercolor painting.  I have worked with alcohol inks and enjoy the freedom to paint wonderful abstract art.  I do enjoy trying out new mediums and techniques.  Life right now is full and I am busy painting and designing cards!
